ETC Institute administered a survey to residents of the City of Brooklyn during the spring of 2022.
The purpose of the survey was to help give residents a chance to let the City know what is important to them. The survey and its responses will be used as a tool to help inform City administrators to what extent residents are using City services and the opportunity to evaluate the services being provided.

A report card of sorts is how city leaders in Brooklyn are viewing the results of a recently completed survey among residents.
“It was a citywide survey to kind of get the understanding of where people were at on various issues related to our programming,” Brooklyn Mayor Katie Gallagher said. “We did a survey back in 2017 and thought it was appropriate to see if we improved in any areas or if there are any areas that we were lacking in.
