NOPEC will hold their Standard Program Price steady December through May 2024. During a period when the Standard Service Offer (SSO) pricing for CEI, Ohio Edison and AEP Ohio has been and will remain about 9.5 to 12 cents/kWh through May 2024, NOPEC has committed to holding their low pricing steady for their customers.
