Senior Transportation

Senior Transportation is provided by the Senior Transportation Connection.  They provide door-to-door transportation service to shopping and medical appointments for Brooklyn residents who are 65 years of age and older and are unable to drive and adults with disabilities.  

To utilize this free service, you must register.  Registration can be done at the Senior Center, by phone or a form can be mailed to you.  Once registered, you will then be able to call the Senior Transportation Connection directly to set up your specific ride with dates and times.

They will still serve the same area of transportation for shopping and medical appointments at no cost to you.  

This  service is provided Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Appointments are on a first come, first serve basis.
