Part-time Firefighter / Paramedic

Qualifications

Applicant must be a State of Ohio Certified Level II Firefighter and State of Ohio Certified Paramedic. Applicant must successfully complete interview process.

Job Description

After successful completion for a 24 hour training/evaluation program individuals select either 12 or 24 hour shifts that are available on a monthly basis for the following month to supplement the full time staff. There is a minimum 8 hour individual monthly training requirement along with a 3 hour group training. On duty shift work includes but not limited to fire suppression, EMS rescue squad response; patient care and transport, fire prevention, public relations and education, etc.
