Jazzercise Classes

Jazzercise May Free Days! Come try your FREE classes the entire month of May - no strings attached.  Burn calories, sculpt lean muscle and torch fat in this one hour class.  There are 6 classes each week.  Mondays through Thursdays-5:30pm.  Saturdays 9:00am and Sundays at Noon.

Take your first class on us!  First Class is Always Free! Burn up to 600 calories in one fun and powerfully effective 60 minute total body workout.  Real results.  Pure Fun!

  • Monday - Thursday Evenings 5:30pm & Saturday Mornings 9:00am and Sunday at 12:00pm (please check monthly calendar with instructor)
  • Bring a water bottle, mat and handheld weights if you have
  • $38.00/month unlimited Jazzercise (with EFT sign-up - checking or credit card withdrawl, check or cash sign-up non EFT.)  28 classes to choose from.  One time $25.00 joining fee.

Silver sneakers fitness programs

Basic fitness membership with access to amenities.  Use any participating Silver Sneakers locations.  Your health plan may include Silver Sneakers as part of your benefits package.  Certain Medicare health plans are eligible.  Visit www.silversneakers.com  more information or call 1-888-423-4632 (hearing impaired members call the National Relay Service: 711) Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST. Call your health plan's customer service department.  Bring your health plan ID card and photo ID to the front desk to verify your eligibility and enroll. 


SILVER SNEAKERS STABILITY CLASSES

Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your recreation time. This Class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.
First Thursday of every month @ 10:15 am

Silver sneakers - Yoga

Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. 
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am and Saturday 10:20am

Silver Sneakers Splash

Take your workout to the water!  Splash offers lots of fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.  No swimming ability is required.  
Tuesday/Thursday at 10:30am & Thursday at 7:00 p.m.


Silver Sneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of motion and activities for daily living.  Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.   Tuesday and Thursday 9:15am. 


CLASSES ARE FREE TO ALL SILVER SNEAKERS MEMBERS.  NON SILVER SNEAKERS MEMBERS WITH REC ID $1.00 ALL OTHERS $3.00

arthritis foundation

Arthritis Foundation Shallow Water Fitness - This Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program is a basic level program for those currently seeking a low-intensity exercise program.  Class is performed in the shallow water and is designed to improve your range of movement while being gentle on your joints.  Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:45am.
Arthritis Deep Water - A more advanced aquatic class for those currently living a more active lifestyle and are able to achieve and sustain moderate-intensity exercise levels and longer periods of endurance.  Must wear flotation belt or vest.  Sorry, no ankle floats are allowed in Arthritis Class.  Classes will be held Monday and Wednesday at 11:00am


Deep Water Fitness

Deep Water Cardio Fitness - Deep water environment creates less stress on joints and provides more hydrostatic pressure which increases metabolism and circulation.  Abdominals and core strength are developed throughout the class.  Noodles and bars are for resistance.
Tuesday 6:15pm. and Friday 11:00am. 

Shallow Water Aerobics - Working out in shallow water increases over-all fitness, helps improve balance, coordination and strength.  No swimming is required1  Class is set to moving and upbeat music!  Saturday 11:15am (class time subject to change)

Walk-In prices:  Residents: $4.00.  Parma Hts. and Annual/Monthly Pass Holders $5.00.  Non-Resident $6.00.
