Building Department

Welcome to the Building Department. Our hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to Noon; and 1:00pm to 4:30pm.

To schedule inspections please call 216-635-4203 twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your requested inspection time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but there generally is only one field inspector available. We provide inspections within thirty (30) minutes of the inspection time, but occasionally there are delays beyond our control.
